Lifelong learning

The department of Lifelong Learning offers variety of classes and programs. The department aims to offer classes at different educational levels. The class selection includes both classes with and without ECTS credits. It includes classes at masters level, bachelor level and classes without admission requirements.

Most classes are taught in Icelandic, although an occasional class might be taught in English. Most classes offered are online which gives student the flexibility to work on their studies anywhere on their own schedule. The department also organizes shorter on-site classes and seminars in cooperation with institutions and companies.

The department of Lifelong learning offers an online program in Icelandic as Second Language.
