Bifröst University actively cooperates with numerous European universities, and other research and teaching organizations, to shape new curricula, develop modern teaching methods and connect different societal actors, whether they are universities, private businesses or public bodies.

With grants awarded from competitive funds, such as Horizon Europe, Erasmus+ Strategic Partnerships and the EEA Grants, Bifröst University aspires to be active in research and development in its academic fields.
