Nice Campus - everything you need
Bifröst makes great demands on its students and they in turn expect the best from the school. We know that students' success in their studies is related to the quality of their accommodations, and therefore we pride ourselves in offering the best possible environment for student life at our campus.
Study Rooms
Study rooms are open 24 hours a day, so that students (many of whom have the added responsibilities of family life) can choose the time that suits them best.
Gym
The local gym keeps our inhabitants fit and up for the strenuous task of studying, and at the end of the day you can relax in the sauna or hot tubs.The fitness center is open daily from 6:00 - 23:00. Spinning and body pump are frequently offered free of charge.
Kaffi Bifröst
The school cafe, Kaffi Bifröst, is normally open every day (weekends in summer may be an exception). It has a daily special at lunch for 990 kr., and hamburgers and sandwiches from the grill.
Football field
There is a playground for children in the center of the student housing area, and a football (soccer) field is three minutes' walk away.
The store - Samkaup/Strax
The opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 - 18:00; Saturday and Sunday 11:00 - 16:00. Larger supermarkets and shops are in the nearby town of Borgarnes.
